Continuing the Kingdom Conversation

Tweet Share

The Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) is one of the few denominations in contemporary American life maintaining a commitment to confessional orthodoxy and Great Commission fervor. I was pleased to read a thoughtful and very kind review of my book The Kingdom of Christ in a recent issue of the PCA Christian Education and Publications agency’s Equip magazine. The author of the review is Charles H. Dunahoo, who recently wrote a book called Making Kingdom Disciples: A New Framework (P&R). From the insightful points raised in his review, Dr. Dunahoo sounds like a kindred spirit on the application of the Kingdom to the formation of Christians in a church context. I plan to order his book today-and I encourage you to do so also. You can purchase it here.

Only when we see how lost we are, we can find our way again. Only when we bury what’s dead can we experience life again. Only when we lose our religion can we be amazed by grace again.
