		<description>Another way to sharpen your skills is to listen to yourself.  Nothing will humble you more than hearing your own sermons.  I would guess that a lot of us would love our people more just because we are amazed that they keep coming back the next Sunday =)!  Thanks for the document, I have given it out to some folks already and am waiting with painful expectation.</description>
