What should you do when you fail? For many of us, the temptation is to see other people through the lens of their successes, while at the same time we see ourselves through the lens of our shortcomings. But there is something really important to keep in mind here: the times that we fall short often become some of our most important teaching moments. In this episode, I talk about how to respond to failure and offer a few important questions you might ask in reflection.

Only when we see how lost we are, we can find our way again. Only when we bury what’s dead can we experience life again. Only when we lose our religion can we be amazed by grace again.
